Adrienne's, a high-end consignment boutique and Hickory's oldest independently-owned women's clothier, is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager Trainee.  This is a position with great growth potential for the right candidate.

Employee will train to handle all store operations in the absence of Owner/Manager.  The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, responsible, and highly-motivated and have a passion for the fashion industry and for providing excellent customer service. 

 

Candidate will possess:

• High school or equivalent degree.

• Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• 1-3 years retail experience with a strong merchandising background, as well as operational and organizational skills.

• A professional appearance and demeanor.

• ​

Candidate will also:

• Be market-aware, forward-thinking, and global.

• Be facile with technology, apps, and social media and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds.

• Generate ideas to grow & evolve the business.

• Be able to bend, reach, stretch, climb ladder, and carry and move at least 40 pounds. 

• Be able to do basic cleaning tasks.

Adrienne's current hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5:30pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.  Position will average 25-40 hours/week.
